My wife and I bought a new home in July. The existing pool had issues with the liner and the pump plumbing. Nick and his teamShowed up the next day and did a great job fixing our pool. Nick customer service is excellent, easy to get ahold of and responds quickly with any questions I may have. Very happy I reached out to Hirsch pools.

I had a great experience with Nick Hirsch Pools. I spoke directly with Nick, the owner, and he was able to get to me the very next day. He upgraded and replaced my pool pump, replaced the filter media, and had everything back up and running without issue. What really stood out was the communication and service. Nick took the time to offer a lot of helpful advice and insight, kept me informed throughout the process, and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was working properly.Fairly priced, efficient, knowledgeable, and effective. It’s refreshing to work with someone who does what they say they’re going to do and follows through. I couldn’t recommend Nick and his company enough.

Flooding caused our inground pool liner to wrinkle significantly. After two companies told me it couldn’t be fixed and we would need an entirely new liner, I called Nick at Hirsch Pools. He called me back immediately, was at the house within days, and fixed the liner. Would highly recommend him, especially for liner issues!

Mr. Hirsch and his helper, Jaime, are an excellent team, who delivered exactly what we were promised. They are thorough and I am very happy with my new liner. Jaime is one of the hardest working guys who’ve ever set foot on my property. You’ll probably never meet a contractor who is as honest and friendly as Nick. I recommend Hirsch Pools 100%.

I really honest guy nice guy that will not try to sell you something that is not in your best interest. He could have taken my money and done what I asked, but instead he gave me some good advice. In this case it was to wait until next year. It is really hard to find people that are not just greedy and looking after the bottom line. I will definitely be reaching out to him again next year!

Nick and his team replaced our original liner after it had worn out and leaked mid-summer. They were able to order the new liner we wanted, and had it installed within 3 weeks, by far the quickest turnaround of any pool company we called. They did great work and we were very satisfied. Hirsch will be our first call for future pool needs.

Nick and his team found and fixed a leak in my inground pool by replacing a jet fitting, they also replaced the liner at the same time as the leak repair. Then they also closed the pool at the end of the summer. Nick was good to work and I would recommend Hirsch Pools for any of these services. Fair pricing and quality work.

We had Nick put in our new pool liner this year and we couldn't be happier. He was able to get us in on relatively short notice, kept in regular contact and the cost was very fair. He warranties his work as well. Afterwards, I had an unrelated issue with my pool filter and he sent h is team up to fix that for me too! Now, we have decided to have him put in a top notch pool cover, which he is doing this week. Great guy, great work and dependable.

Nick and his team went above and beyond to get our new liner in! Not only did he put in a new liner but he redid the ENTIRE shape because the previous house owners just let it go. They have the best prices and the best work so its a win win! They also came back after over a week because we had a pump issue, and fixed it for us just because. We will be using them for all our pool needs going forward!

We've dealt with a few pool companies over the years and I have to say Hirsch pools/ Nick has been the best thus far. Thanks for everything!!

Nick and his crew have been doing our open/close but this summer we needed him to replace an old underperforming heater and de filter in our 20x40 pool. Pretty much turned it into a crystal clear hot tub with jets if we want! Pool safety cover may be done next by them.

From the first time we spoke with Nick on the phone, to the installation and completion of our new pool liner and heater. we had no regrets we found the right person and company, Hirsch Pools, to service our pool needs.First, superb customer service! Nick gets a five star rating for responding immediately to any questions regarding your pool needs/ equipment. When we sat down with him to discuss installation of a new pool heater and liner, Nick was professional and never tried to upsell us. His pricing was very responsible. He was knowledgeable, honest and helpful from start to finish. Transparency was never an issue with Nick. After our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner we never felt put off or ignored by Nick. This was not the case with the previous pool companies we dealt with.Prior to finding Hirsch Pools, we were having issues with getting our concerns answered by other pool companies regarding our old heater and liner. It was becoming a frustrating and costly expense. The installation went without issues. The installers were courteous, friendly, and polite. They went right to work and got the job done.We love our new liner and heater! We are so thankful to have found Hirsch Pools. Nick earns a five star review from us and we highly, highly recommend him and his crew. Thanks again Nick for continuing to service our pool and look forward to a long relationship.Thurston and Vera

Hirsch Pools does fantastic work! I don’t normally write reviews, but I had four different pool companies come to my house to inspect the leak and all walked away saying that there is nothing to be done but rip up all of my concrete. Hirsch came and within one hour, diagnosed the problem and just a few days later fix the leak and the pool has been perfect(no concrete destroyed at all!). I was so happy with the work that I had them come and install a saltwater system as well as a pool heat pump. Again, awesome job by the group and will be using them every year from here on out.

We had a great experience with Hirsch Pools! We contacted Nick early in the season because we were in need of a new liner for this summer. His work is meticulous and we couldn't be more excited to use it this summer.

We had an amazing experience working with Hirsh Pools and Nick. I was in need of upgrading all of our equipment and I did a lot of research and spoke to quite a few companies. Nick was one of the few that actually made the time to meet with me and review equipment option's. We decided to go all the way and upgraded to salt. Hirsh Pools had a legal contract detailing all the work and the approximate start date. Nick never asked for payment until the work was fully done. The work was awesome, everything was done as explained and he has even followed up a few times just to see how everything has been working. I get the impression that Nick is the kind of person that would give you a shirt of his back if you needed it. If you know the personality then you know you are in good hands with Nick and his team. I don't write many reviews but I strongly felt this one warrented. Good luck.
